Are you our new HR Manager?
To support the Human Resource Department in delivering and overseeing a successful Human Resource strategy for Intrum Customer Service Centres. The role holder will be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of a variety of Human Resource projects, whilst working with senior stakeholders across the business. The occupier of this role will be on hand to deliver expert Human Resource advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management, whilst promoting Human Resource best practice across all aspects of the function.
What will you do:
- Providing a proactive HR Service that drives the implementation of key HR projects and strategies. Managing appropriate stakeholders at all points.
- Supervise Intrum’s hiring process and produce relevant documentation in a timely manner
- Own the Employee Selection, Recruitment and Talent process and produce relevant documentation in a timely manner, monitoring issues and trends in the market.
- Assisting in the creation of onboarding process for new Hires.
- Providing suitable HR-related data analysis & advise to relevant stakeholders, in order to address HR issues which arise.
- Monitoring internal HR processes in order to ensure the incorporation of HR best practice.
- Taking ownership of all HR analytics, including reporting, ad-hoc requests, RFI, absence, turnover, overtime, demographics etc and producing such reports in a timely manner
- Acting as a contact point for HR policies and procedures
- Manages employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, absence management and health & safety.
- Create and implement the compensation strategy for employees based on market research.
- Ensure health and safety measures according to local legislation.
- Implement employee wellbeing actions.
- Promote Intrum’s culture and values.
- Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and employment law, whilst remaining up to date on relevant HR and Compliance best practices.
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
- Manages the monthly payroll process.
- Supporting of line managers in understanding and implementing the Company’s HR policies and procedures.
- Delivery of accurate record keeping, maintaining employee files whilst ensuring confidentiality of personnel information at all times.
- Conducting HR-related due diligence reviews where appropriate.
- Build Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a true HR ambassador
- Ensuring that employees are informed and updated on key business and organisational issues
- Complete Adhoc responsibilities when required by senior management
What we’re looking for:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
