The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for administering and developing HR strategies, plans and procedures. This role will be expected to plan, organize, and control activities and actions within the HR department, while contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems. The HR Manager will lead three HR Business Partners and a Labor Specialist supporting the Operations, Aftermarket, and Quality functions.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Partner with the Operations, Aftermarket, and Quality functional areas by promoting, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Build and maintain influential relationships as a strategic partner with functional leaders and as an advocate for team members.
- Provide HR consultation and support.
- Consult with Operations leaders in the strategic planning process and development of HR strategies that support business needs.
- Provide guidance on labor relations, employment law, performance management, and employee relations issues.
- Lead Labor Relations for the business unit, to include leading through grievance procedures, acting as the primary point of contact for union leadership.
- Act as an expert on HR policies and procedures such as labor relations, payroll, staffing, benefits, compensation, team member development and acquisition.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional groups.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant HR experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and team member coaching skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of team members.

Pay Range:
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
