Serve as a strategic business partner, delivering comprehensive HR support to internal stakeholders across designated country offices to enhance talent attraction, motivation, and retention initiatives. Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture that fosters a sense of belonging among all employees.
Collaborate closely with corporate and regional HR teams to optimize company operations in Bangkok. Translate global and regional business strategies into tailored HR practices that address local organizational requirements and facilitate the development and implementation of customized HR solutions and plans.
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand and can be full time office based.

  • Update headcounts and hiring plans together with Country Manager in Monthly base.
  • Collaborates with leadership on in-country, PEO countries (Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore) and APAC region recruitment, employment and employee relations issue including discipline and terminations, benefits, regulations, employee development, policies and procedures.
  • Manage all employer / employee administration for Mandatory benefits based around the state social insurance system and provide best practice insight / administration for any supplemental employee benefits in Thailand, PEO countries and APAC region.
  • Support recruiting activities by working closely with Managers, updating data on Workday, connecting with Search Firms, posting advertisement on job portal, CV screening and arrange interviews.

Partners with Corporate HR and leadership team to:

  • Understand and execute talent management system particularly as it relates to attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Manage the processes of performance management, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Address employee complaints and concerns, harassment allegations and provide thorough investigations. Mediate employee disputes.
  • Create and/or deliver training programs and initiatives that retain compliance and programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees. 
  • Update HR policies in alignment with company or local labor law changes.
  • Builds and drives a culture of compliance by ensuring adherence to local in-country requirements and the company's Code of Conduct policy, business ethics, and employment legislation. 
  • Well versed with local, regional, state and country labor laws to assist the leadership team in making effective decisions in the best interest of Neogen.
  • Provide effective recruiting operations and new hire onboarding including required employment documentation, new hire orientation, document tracking/filing where needed.
  • Collaborate with management to facilitate a safety-first environment including assisting with any work-injury and disability benefits (a.k.a. Workers’ Compensation). 
  • Stays abreast of NEOGEN business and HR trends; recommend/implement best practices for strong colleague engagement; position NEOGEN as an employer of choice.
  • Handling of employee contracts, benefits and employee affairs from acquisitions and mergers.
  • Regularly communicating with different levels of staff to tackle their concerns/issues.
  • Provide consultancy support and coach managers to follow the proper policies to minimize labor issues.
  • Assist management in dealing with employee conflict, termination cases and labor arbitration, has the capability to conduct tough conversation (discipline issue, employee separation, etc.) alone.
