HR Manager

Codezyng is a fast-growing technology company focused on delivering high-quality software solutions. We are building a strong, people-first culture and are looking for an HR professional with 4+ years of experience who can help us scale efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout) 
  

• Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes 
  

• Maintain and update HRMS (Zoho People) with employee data, attendance, and leave records 
  

• Draft and manage HR policies, agreements, and documentation 
  

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications 
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations 
  

• Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reimbursements 
  

• Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns 
  

• Maintain employee records and documentation (offer letters, NDAs, SOWs, etc.) 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  

• Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment 
  

• Experience with HRMS tools (preferably Zoho People) 
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance

• Exposure to contractual hiring / SOW-based engagements
