On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Manufacturing industry, we are looking for an HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages the Human Resources team
- Drives and supports organizational integration initiatives, fostering collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing operations
- Acts as the primary liaison between employees and management
- Manages employee relations and collaborates with employee representatives and labor unions
- Monitors and oversees payroll processes
- Ensures compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies
- Supports leadership on organizational development, change management, and company culture initiatives
- Designs, develops, and implements HR policies, processes, and systems
- Oversees recruitment, performance management, learning, and talent development activities
- Addresses and resolves employee matters, promoting a positive, productive, and engaging work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is strongly preferred
- Knowledge and supervision of payroll processes will be considered a strong advantage
- Experience working with labor unions and collective employee representation bodies will be considered a strong asset
- Εxcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to lead
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex situations effectively
