Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to lead full-cycle recruitment while supporting generalist responsibilities and ensuring compliance with all applicable U.S. labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, builds strong relationships, and champions a culture of fairness, inclusion, and performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise on and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, and pay transparency regulations.
- Conduct internal audits, maintain up-to-date employee files, and administer HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations efforts, investigations, and performance management initiatives.
- Assist with benefit administration, HRIS data integrity, and monthly reporting.
- Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and retention.
- Monitor HR compliance trends and provide updates and training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred).
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven recruitment and compliance acumen.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in a fast-paced or scaling organization
Technical Skills:
- HRIS tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, BambooHR)
- Recruiting platforms and ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Compensation benchmark tools (Payscale, Korn Ferry)
- HR Analytics Platforms for workforce insights and strategic planning (e.g., Tableau HR Dashboards, Power BI)
- Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus Skill:
- Bilingual with English & Mandarin
