The Role

In this part-time (20-30 hours/week), 3+ month contract role, you'll drive the growth of the PrizePicks affiliate program. You will focus on sourcing, contacting, and negotiating simple deals with creators and niche brands across the sports and fantasy culture world, while meticulously tracking performance to capitalize on current trends.

What you’ll do:
  • Identify and source emerging creators, micro-influencers, and niche community brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and podcasts with an eye on sports and fantasy culture.
  • Initiate outreach, manage inbound interest, and negotiate simple deal terms with potential partners to bring them into the PrizePicks affiliate program.
  • Track performance of partnerships through key metrics and organize data into clear recaps for internal review.
  • Stay tapped in to the daily rhythm of the sports world; anticipating who’s trending, what’s going viral, and how that might translate into future partner opportunities.
What you have:
  • A strong understanding and passion for fantasy sports
  • A pulse on sports culture and social trends.
  • Comfortable communicating with creators and emerging personalities in a professional but relatable tone.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple outreach threads at once.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, creator management, or sports marketing is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong communication skills and a self-starter mentality.
