We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our Győr site. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees, act as a trusted HR partner, and help shape a positive, engaging workplace culture. You will report to the Senior HR Manager Hungary and collaborate with HR Specialists and HR Admin colleagues (excluding payroll).
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining classic HR Business Partnering with hands‑on project work and digital HR transformation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to provide practical, solutions‑oriented HR support across the site.
- Plan workforce needs together with managers, covering succession, hiring, and retention.
- Lead recruitment efforts and ensure a strong, consistent hiring process for all white‑collar roles.
- Manage HR KPIs and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
Strengthen engagement through initiatives that support development, well‑being, and a positive culture.
- Coach and develop HR team members and people managers to build capability and confidence.
Your Profile:
- At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HR systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Proven people management experience (3–4 years).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment.
- Full working proficiency in Hungarian and English.
- Solid project management experience, ideally in HR digitalization.
