- Perform payroll preparation activities, including payroll analysis and reporting, in cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Manage country-specific employee records and processes to ensure compliance with local labor laws, as well as accuracy and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert on labor law changes.
- Develop strong relationships with business and functional leaders and become recognized as a trusted HR partner.
- Partner with senior leaders and managers by providing advice on legislative and company policies, and by supporting disciplinary hearings and termination meetings.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders and HR colleagues to implement HR plans and initiatives.
- Design, monitor, and implement company policies as part of the HR team.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and providers in each country to ensure full HR operational support for employees and the business.
- Monitor key HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between hiring and HR operations.
- Oversee office management activities in cooperation with the office manager.

- Experience in payroll coordination and working with external payroll providers.
- Proven ability to manage HR documentation and data accurately while ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
