SSnA Lead - Poland (Senior Manager)
Location: Warsaw
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Strategic Sales & Analytics (SSnA) team for Poland. You will be responsible for driving and optimizing the commercial performance of a portfolio of products under the Shark and Ninja Brands.
This role requires deep analysis of market, sales, and customer performance, as well as ownership of forecasts and the promotional calendar. You will partner closely with sales and marketing to lead weekly commercial reviews and drive aligned actions. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in commercial/category management, excellent analytical ability, and the influence to shape cross-functional outcomes that deliver category objectives.
What You'll Do
Commercial Leadership
  • Own the strategy for a defined set of sub-categories, driving growth and performance in Poland.
  • Set and communicate clear category objectives and KPIs.
  • Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and supply functions to create and implement commercial plans.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reviews, identifying risks early ("spot the smoke before the fire") and ensuring solutions are executed with cross-functional teams.

Growth & Expansion
  • Shape strategic plans to expand into new products and channels across Poland.
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution and customer share.
  • Keep teams closely aligned to market dynamics, ensuring proactive risk management and opportunity capture.

Category Management
  • Be the voice of Poland for category performance and requirements to win in the market.
  • Oversee portfolio management including pricing, range, and assortment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of new product introductions (NPD).
  • Optimize assortment and merchandising strategies across customers to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Own and manage the annual promotional calendar to drive market share and category growth.
  • React quickly to market shifts to sustain competitive positioning.

Financial Management
  • Influence budgets and work with sales to deliver against forecasts and profitability targets.
  • Track and analyze category financial performance, identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive cost-efficiency and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Manage ad hoc promotional spend to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and R&D.
  • Ensure strong alignment and execution across all functions to achieve category goals.

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years' experience in category or commercial management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Highly driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive initiative.
  • Ability to influence at multiple levels and operate as a commercial thought leader.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
