The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, enforcing company policies and practices. As HR Manager you will work closely with management and employees, providing hands-on and strategic input on people-related areas, supervising the whole employee life cycle. Overseeing people related program and projects: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, administering pay, benefits, leaves, engagement, and training.
HR Manager activities:
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of performance management, employee relations, compensation, and engagement.
- Acts as head of HR for the Itumbiara Unit plant and collaborate with HR from other units to implement HR processes, routines, and programs.
- Add value and improve operational efficiency through managing cost related to HR budget. Through preparing, monitoring, and controlling the human resources budget.
- Works closely with employees on front line providing hands-on and strategic inputs, insight and advise on people management issue.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the business development.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Drive Engagement, Community Agenda, and Internal Communication.
- Actively support immigration, transfer of employees, talent allocation on projects.
Requirements:
• Degree in Psychology, Administration or related field
• Fluent English.
• Experience with Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Engagement, Internal Communication, KPIs and Events.
• Postgraduate degree in HR or Business is desirable.
• 5 years of experience with generalist HR preferred.
• Have knowledge and experience in Recruitment and Selection by Competency and Training Instruction.
• Knowledge and experience with Job and Salary Administration will be an advantage.
