Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
- Drives Talent & Retention: Leads full-cycle recruitment to fill vacancies quickly, maintains turnover below center standards, and conducts annual wage surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
- Ensures Strict Compliance: Serves as the Student EEO Officer, enforces a nondiscriminatory workplace, and executes annual Equal Opportunity, Veteran, and staff training plans.
- Optimizes Staff Performance: Develops the Center Staff Training Plan, administers benefits/incentives, and guarantees zero late employee evaluations through strong accountability.
- Secures Data Integrity: Oversees all HRIS personnel data collection, reporting, and periodic internal audits while maintaining total confidentiality.
- Mentors Student & Community Growth: Models Career Success Standards to positively influence students and builds local partnerships to promote the Job Corps mission.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of human resources management experience.
- Credentials: HR Certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong time-management, delegation, conflict resolution, and data integrity skills.
