  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with UK and Indian employment law and are applied consistently.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including team-building exercises, retention, wellbeing, and organisational culture.

  • Design and roll out employee feedback and engagement surveys, analyse the findings, and develop actionable plans to address key areas for improvement.

  • Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion, fostering a sense of belonging across the organisation.

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to build and sustain high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams.

3. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Own, oversee, and maintain the accuracy of all employee records, HRIS databases, and personnel files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and exit formalities in partnership with Finance and Operations.
