We are looking for a HR Intern based in Singapore to support HR‑led employee engagement, inclusion, recognition, and broader people initiatives across the Singapore workforce.
This role sits within the People team and focuses primarily on coordinating and delivering employee engagement programmes throughout the year. This includes, but is not limited to, festive celebrations, inclusion initiatives, moments that matter across the employee lifecycle, and other HR programmes.
The intern will support stakeholder coordination, programme logistics, and engagement communications to drive participation and deliver a positive employee experience.
During periods of lower engagement activity, the intern will also support wider HR work, such as HR projects, onboarding or employee lifecycle initiatives, documentation, and basic data or feedback analysis. At Dyson we are focused on solving the problems that others have ignored; solving them first using our technology and ingenuity. In order to achieve this we need to pioneer technologies that are different and authentic. This is the core of what we do and who we are.
