Thales Belgium SA (Tubize site) is currently looking for :
HR InternAvailable periods: Q4/2026 (September to December 2026)
Mission:
Within the Human Resources Department of Thales Belgium – Tubize site (Easy to access - Just in front of Tubize station) you participate in the team's activities and you are responsible for a series of missions detailed below. As part of your internship, you report to the HR Partner but also work in collaboration with the members of the HR team.
Responsibilities:
• You provide support for the management of training (Learning & Development): Assistance in the development and implementation of training plans, logistical support in the organization of training, support in the assessment of training needs, improvement of the existing process;
• You provide support for the management of projects and operations: update of HR welcome pack & wiki, management of contractual documents, workshops, deployment of new processes or approaches;
• Other missions oriented "soft HR" could be entrusted according to the needs of the service and according to the preferences and skills of the trainee.
Profil :
• You are a student in Human Resources Management, Human and Social Sciences, Psychology or equivalent, and are looking for an end-of-studies internship (Min. 3 Months, ideally 4 months).
• You are proficient in French and have a good level of English.
• You have an interest in the industrial environment and the worlds of Defense & Cybersecurity.
• Proactivity, responsiveness and flexibility are part of your work criteria.
• You are passionate and eager to learn.
• You are comfortable with interpersonal interaction and have good communication skills.
• You are dynamic, rigorous, tenacious, endowed with a developed sense of analysis.
• You have a good ability to organize and manage priorities.
• You have a taste for teamwork and information sharing, while being able to work independently.
• You master the computer tools of the MS Office Pack and in particular Excel.
