We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR Operations and Administration. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in documentation, onboarding support, office coordination, team engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

The intern will closely collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth organizational operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative coordination.
  • Maintain and update HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal records using MS Excel.
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation collection, induction coordination, and employee record management.
  • Maintain organized HR files, employee documents, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with teams for operational and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in team engagement activities (celebrations, internal events, culture initiatives, festival planning, birthdays, team bonding activities).
  • Support office engagement activities such as organizing events, managing announcements, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Handle basic office coordination such as asset tracking, stationery management, facility support, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Assist in planning and executing small-scale events and engagement initiatives to enhance team morale.
  • Complete additional administrative or operational tasks assigned by the HR team.

Requirements
  • Preferrable Bachelor’s degree 
  • Fresher or someone with basic internship exposure in HR/Operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting, maintaining trackers).
  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written.
  • Creative mindset for planning activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle data responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Should be comfortable working at Location: Pentagon Tower 4, Magarpatta, Hadapsar Pune ; Office Timing : 7.30 AM – 4.30 PM
