🔍 What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition: source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to projects in performance management, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Conduct benchmarking and research on HR trends relevant to consulting and professional services.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
