This is a hybrid role, so you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office while collaborating with international teams daily. 

This internship is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR within the consulting or professional services sector. 

🔍 What You’ll Do 

  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition: source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications. 
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers. 
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Contribute to projects in performance management, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion. 
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. 
  • Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. 
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on HR trends relevant to consulting and professional services. 

✅ What We’re Looking For 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in HR within a consulting or professional services environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Proficiency in Excel. 
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. 
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn. 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
