About the role
As part of HR team in Taipei. Ideally, this role requires to work in office 5 days per week or at least full 3 - 4 days per week.
What you will do
Assist with insurance enrollment/ withdrawal transaction and pay bill arrangement
Assist with employee Pfile management (both E-Pfile and hardcopy filing)
Assist with HR related PO preparation and payment filing
Assist with employee leave record monitoring and weekly time report preparation
Assist with recruiting process such as interview arrangement, pre-employment paperwork, testing, background check and on-boarding process
Assist with training e.g. EHS regular training schedule and HR related activities such as new hire orientation
Assist with HR information update regularly e.g. new comer information update in office bulletin board and HR SharePoint information review regularly
Referring issues to senior HR staff/ Head
supporting on HR daily operation e.g. HR regular meeting preparation
supporting on local seminar/ training
What you will need
- Education Background: Pursuing a Master or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field.
Proactive attitude and eager to learn
Good teamwork and collaboration
Have good attention to detail and organizational skills
Have strong written and oral communication skills
Good command in English
