The Role

About the role
As part of HR team in Taipei. Ideally, this role requires to work in office 5 days per week or at least full 3 - 4 days per week.
What you will do

  • Assist with insurance enrollment/ withdrawal transaction and pay bill arrangement

  • Assist with employee Pfile management (both E-Pfile and hardcopy filing)

  • Assist with HR related PO preparation and payment filing

  • Assist with employee leave record monitoring and weekly time report preparation

  • Assist with recruiting process such as interview arrangement, pre-employment paperwork, testing, background check and on-boarding process

  • Assist with training e.g. EHS regular training schedule and HR related activities such as new hire orientation

  • Assist with HR information update regularly e.g. new comer information update in office bulletin board and HR SharePoint information review regularly

  • Referring issues to senior HR staff/ Head

  • supporting on HR daily operation e.g. HR regular meeting preparation

  • supporting on local seminar/ training

What you will need

  • Education Background: Pursuing a Master or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field.
  • Proactive attitude and eager to learn

  • Good teamwork and collaboration

  • Have good attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Have strong written and oral communication skills

  • Good command in English
