HR Intern

BorgWarner is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join as HR Intern in our Izmir Plant.
The HR Intern will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to different facets of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy development. The intern will work closely with the HR team to help maintain smooth HR processes and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.

Key roles:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases and KPIs.
• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
• Support with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
