We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and HRIS administration.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that can help launch a career in Human Resources.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

  1. Assist with posting and managing job openings.
  2. Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
  3. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  4. Support recruiting events and sourcing initiatives.
  5. Help maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
  6. Assist with new hire onboarding activities.
  7. Prepare onboarding materials and employee communications.
  8. Support orientation scheduling and logistics.
  9. Help coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  10. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  11. Assist with auditing data for accuracy and compliance.
  12. Support HR reporting and workforce analytics.
  13. Help create HR guides, presentations, and training materials.

SECONDARY JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance.
  • Support reporting and dashboard preparation.
  • Help manage HR forms and process documentation.
  • Partner with HR team members on special projects.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions
  • Assist in Human Resources project work as required
  • Act as backup to other members of the Human Resources Department
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with

No travel is expected for this position 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This job operates either in an office setting or a remote work environment. This role may routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, headsets, telephones, photocopiers/printers, and related. The noise level in the office setting is limited to quiet and the work environment noise level will vary based on the individual’s remote work environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY 

This position has no supervisory responsibilities 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

•    Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related degree program.
•    Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
•    Experience through work, internships, volunteer activities, student organizations, or academic projects is a plus.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
•    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear and work with others through verbal and written contact. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include general seeing and close vision. Repetitive motion is frequently required through typing and computer mouse usage. Mental requirements include simple and complex reading, simple and complex writing, memorization, analyzation, perception/comprehension, decision making, planning, independent action, and planning.

  • 2-3 years of related experience as an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and HRIS
