Collects past-due business account balances by phone and email, resolves credits and disputes, negotiates payment plans, updates collection records, maintains accurate documentation, and meets collection, productivity, quality, and revenue goals. Provides professional client service, protects confidential information, follows client procedures, and collaborates with internal and global teams. Paid training is provided, with weekday, onsite work in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Supports 1st and 3rd Party operations through customer email communication, document retrieval and archiving, account updates, client reporting, mailroom support, voicemail routing, procedure maintenance, data entry, and process improvement. The role requires accurate documentation, timely coordination with internal teams and clients, confidentiality, and professional communication. It is a full-time hybrid or office-based position with no expected travel and no supervisory responsibilities.

Performs operational support for payments, claims, client communications, and collections activities. Monitors and responds to Zendesk tickets, requests documentation, verifies and applies payments, validates payment files, processes manual claims, audits submissions, and maintains accurate records. The role also supports client-specific systems, updates procedures and training materials, contributes to process improvements, and assists with operations projects. No supervisory responsibilities or travel are required.

Processes debtor, client, and attorney payments through checks, ACHs, wires, and payment batches. Manages accounts receivable aging, invoices, disbursements, remittance communications, payment corrections, sales tax calculations, trust checks, and compliance support. The role also assists with finance projects, process improvement, cross-cultural collaboration, and departmental backup responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and accurate financial controls.

Supports recruiting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, recruiting events, onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS and ATS administration, employee records, compliance auditing, reporting, dashboards, documentation, and HR projects. This full-time role requires confidentiality, organization, communication, attention to detail, and collaboration across regions. No travel is expected, and the position may be office-based or remote.

Manage trust accounting for collections, oversee revenue recognition, client invoicing, and internal controls. Supervise trust accountants, support divisional controller, interact with major clients, maintain process documentation, and drive process improvements to protect company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
