Collect outstanding B2B commercial accounts by phone and email, negotiate payment terms, resolve disputes, identify credits, and maintain positive client relationships. The role requires accurate collection-system updates, adherence to account-handling procedures, productivity and revenue goals, clear documentation, process improvement, and collaboration with client-facing and operational teams. This is an in-office, Monday-through-Friday position with paid training and performance-based bonuses.

Generates leads and grows sales pipeline through prospect research, targeted outreach, cold calling, email, social media, and campaign support. Qualifies prospects, provides vetted leads to sales executives, cultivates client relationships, identifies cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintains accurate CRM records and sales reports. Collaborates with Marketing and internal teams, conducts market research, supports sales projects, and helps improve prospecting strategies and processes.

Provide clerical and operational support by monitoring customer inboxes and voicemail, retrieving and archiving client documents, preparing routine reports with backup, supporting mailroom tasks, maintaining procedures and training materials, and assisting operations teams to ensure timely, accurate account documentation and communications.

Manage trust accounting for collections, oversee revenue recognition, client invoicing, and internal controls. Supervise trust accountants, support divisional controller, interact with major clients, maintain process documentation, and drive process improvements to protect company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
