Responsibilities

新员工入职及外包人员到岗的安排和跟进；
人员相关数据及文件的整理和维护，保持及时性和准确性；
公司各类培训相关数据及文件的整理和维护；
培训类活动的准备以及现场支持；
协助员工入离职手续的办理；
协助员工活动的组织和执行。

Qualifications

本科以上学历, 英语能读写；
熟练操作Excel，PPT；
学习能力强，认真负责；
良好的沟通，协调能力；
能够长期稳定实习的优先考虑。
面向2027届及之后毕业的同学，实习期：6个月及以上

About Our Team

Virtuos Chengdu was the second studio ever to be founded by the Virtuos Group back in 2008.
