NOW HIRING: Human Resources Intern
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern! This role will have the opportunity to join a global organization's Corporate HR department to understand human resources functions, employee experience, and people-related projects.
The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish.
This role will work directly under the Corporate HR Management team to support in HR projects such as ESATs (Employee Satisfaction Surveys), Employee Experience, and Employee Engagement.

Support ESAT communication and data.
Engage in projects related to HR Management, including employee experience and engagement.

Job Overview
This Internship will introduce the Intern to various corporate departments, including HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Marketing, Information Technologies, and administration. This individual will be responsible for entry level functions while gaining a practical knowledge of assigned departments.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Data Entry into basic spreadsheets and created data bases
Administrative services, including filing, letter composition, editing and communications
Understand and adhere to time management in meeting assigned project deadlines
Communicate with department staff in a professional manner
Create and deliver related reports
Become familiar with Company and Departments goals and metrics
Respond to assigned projects
Prepare various formal and written documents
The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
Learn and follow all corporate processes and polices

Education and/ or Experience
Current student of advanced degree in a related field of study.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements
