YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
与人才招聘团队、HR及中国区各业务部门合作,确保招聘流程顺畅并提升候选人体验。
监控投递系统并维护追踪表格,通过简历筛选与精准的记录归档,保障招聘流程的数据完整性。
担任候选人的核心联系人,解答疑问并解决系统相关问题,打造优质的求职体验。
负责评估中心(Assessment Center)及候选人面试的全流程后勤安排与技术支持。
协助校园互动与雇主品牌建设,包括协调宣讲会、线上研讨会(Webinar)及宣传资料的准备。
出勤要求:本科或硕士在读,每周可保证实习 3-4 天,能持续实习 3 个月及以上。
语言能力:英语可作为工作语言,具备优秀的听说读写能力(能熟练处理英文简历与沟通)。
数据敏锐度:熟练掌握 Excel,对数据敏感,具备良好的数据整理、逻辑分析与图表呈现能力。
综合素质:沟通表达能力强,细心严谨,具备良好的抗压能力与多任务协同能力。
