Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and internal coordination.
- Help maintain HR data, employee records, and daily operational trackers.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and communication drives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily HR operations.
- Contribute to improving HR processes, documentation, and candidate experience.
- Support attendance monitoring, leave records, and HR reporting as required.
Requirements
- Graduates from BBA / BCom / BA / BMS / BSc or related fields with interest in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and professionalism.
