For our HR department we are currently looking for HR Intern, who will be supporting our team in the area of administration, development and trainings.

Your Responsibility:
Assisting with the preparation of employee documentation.
Supporting onboarding activities, including setting up employee accounts.
Preparing various documents and managing their circulation and approval process.
Administering training programs in the Workday system.
Supporting training organization by sending invitations, monitoring registrations, and preparing attendance lists.
Assisting internal trainers in using the WD Learning platform.
Your Skills and Expertise:
You are eager to develop your career in HR and are currently pursuing studies in Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
You have a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
You can demonstrate English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
You are a communicative person with a positive attitude toward challenges and learning new things.
You are available to work at least 20 hours per week and have active student status.
