This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world Human Resources practices within a professional corporate environment. Interns will work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience across multiple HR functions, providing valuable learning aligned with university internship requirements and career readiness.
HR Intern – Key Responsibilities:
HR Operational Support
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives. Gain practical understanding of how HR supports business operations.
Interview Coordination
Assist in coordinating interviews, observe interview sessions when required, and maintain accurate candidate records and interview outcomes in recruitment trackers.
Onboarding Support
Support onboarding activities by coordinating with Admin and relevant stakeholders. Assist in preparing employee ID access and coordinating first-day programs such as EHS, QMS briefings, and cleanroom tours.
Document Handling
Organize and upload employee and onboarding documents into the HR shared drive, gaining exposure to HR documentation standards and data accuracy practices.
Employee Engagement Activities
Assist in planning and organizing HR-led engagement activities. Support internal communications by capturing event photos, drafting short newsletter content, and assisting in the creation of engagement videos.
Project Participation
Participate in ongoing HR projects, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience across various HR disciplines.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
Able to communicate effectively in English, with good written and verbal skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
