Job DescriptionAbout the Role
- You will be given hands-on training related to your course.
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes.
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support staff engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist with the maintenance and organization of personnel and HR records.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
Qualifications
About You
- Student in Psychology/ Human Resources/ Business Management or any similar courses.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be assigned in Steelworld Tower, Biak na Bato, Quezon City (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm).
Job Type: OJT (On-the-job training)
Contract length: 2 months
