Job Description- Creating succession templates for the 2026 cascade.
- Developing competency behavioral indicators for Universal Competencies to align with the Technical Competency model.
- Preparing HATS team charts.
- Developing and updating collateral for Performance Management Advocacy.
- Managing IDP Analytics for the 2025 PAR.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Onboarding Requirements:
- Officially enrolled in a university
- At least on its penultimate year
- Enrolled in an internship subject
- With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
- Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
