What You’ll Do:
- Support the administration of leave of absence programs for various countries across EMEA
- Consult with employees and managers to explain leave provisions, determine eligibility, interpret policies and address general inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine leave issues efficiently and empathetically
- Maintain accurate and thorough case management documentation in a service centre environment
- Provide comprehensive support to employees before, during and after leave, ensuring a smooth transition and effective reintegration
- Guide employees through sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service
- Communicate leave plans and changes promptly and clearly to all relevant parties
- Maintain accurate leave records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
You:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience, and are enrolled at a credited university for the duration of the internship (6 months up to 1 year).
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken are required
- Good communication skills, both written as well as spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HRIS software
- Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to work well
- Experience in creating reports, assessing, manipulating and presenting data in various formats
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a fast-paced demanding environment
