Join our HR Operations team for a 12 months period and discover the following tasks:
- HR Operations management: Employee lifecycle administrative management;
- Participation in the organization of Welcome Days for new joiners and other HR events;
- Maintenance of employee records and files;
- Active participation in HR projects implementations;
- Participation in the updating of HR policies, procedures and guidelines related to employee life cycle;
- Initial work experience (student job, other internship);
- Very good organizational skills;
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in French & English;
- Reliable, autonomous, discreet, team player;
- MS Office : very good skills.
