HR Information Systems Analyst

This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

As an HR Information Systems Analyst in the Human Resources organization, key responsibilities include management of the operational excellence support across internal and external systems, managing service delivery of enhancements, new functionalities, and optimization of processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to optimize talent acquisition systems and process on staffing needs.
  • Key activities will include designing, troubleshooting, and consulting on: TA systems and processes, supporting applications that manage and external job requisitions, job applications, event management, CRMs, and other key recruiting functions in applications.
  • Drives adoption to the global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable HPE to align staffing with the workforce plans.
  • Drives programs solutions in areas such as. University Recruiting, Candidate Relationship Management, Key Strategic Initiatives for HPE, Internal and External Sourcing, Reporting and Analytics, and Performance and Compensation related projects.
  • Supports staffing and disengagement activity resulting from mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and divestitures.
  • Provides HR ticket support to respond to and resolve Talent Acquisition inquirie
  • Leads cross functional work activities with external and internal technology providers supporting key deliverables to HR

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of system configuration experience with a strong focus in Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in managing relationships.
  • Experience in process improvement and extreme attention to detail
  • Experience in configuring and administering TA Applications.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $66,500.00 - $152,500.00
