Job DescriptionWithin the HR Strategy & Transformation team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new Career Framework — including a job catalog, career streams, and grading structure — as well as to ensure its ongoing maintenance and integration within HR policies.
In this role, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of strategic topics, including:
Governance
- Define and implement a governance model, in collaboration with HR, Business, and IT teams, to ensure the ongoing maintenance and updates of the Career Framework, with clear roles and responsibilities;
- Organize and lead governance forums to drive decisions on potential adjustments to the job catalog and associated grading structure;
- Act as the main point of contact and Group referent for governance matters, ensuring consistent application of the model and proper follow-up on process updates;
- Oversee the long-term consistency and coherence of the Career Framework through structured governance and monitoring.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate and align with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the Career Framework meets organizational needs;
- Drive coordination across multiple entities in an international context, ensuring both consistency and agility in execution;
- Identify next steps following the framework’s deployment, plan and oversee their implementation (e.g. HR process impacts, skills mapping, continuous improvement, etc.).
Change Management & Communication
- Support and guide teams through change management and communication efforts, ensuring engagement of key stakeholders throughout the process;
- Design and roll out communication and change management actions tailored to the different stages of the project and its future developments.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback loops to assess adoption and identify areas for improvement ;
- Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
Relevant Experience
- You have solid experience in Human Resources, either in-house or in consulting, ideally within an international environment;
- You have previously worked on job framework topics (such as Workforce Planning or Job Architecture) and grading methodologies;
- You are experienced in project management and in aligning practices across multiple entities.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including at senior levels of the organization;
- Strong understanding of job framework design and grading methodologies;
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English and French ;
- Ability to work autonomously.
