KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the deployment and execution of the Konya HPC Factory human resources agenda, focusing on areas such as Performance Management, Growth Culture, People Analytics, Learning interventions, and the career development framework. This includes providing meaningful people data in decision-making.
- Contributing to the creation of the Human Resources Strategy for Konya HPC Factory, working closely with the factory HR Team to develop strategic plans over the span of the internship.
- Collaborating with factory HR team to contribute to an integrated Supply Chain Human Resources plan for Konya HPC Factory. Utilizing people data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3rd or 4th grade at bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree.
