JOB DESCRIPTION
Position DetailsShift schedule: 3rd shift — Sunday through Thursday, 10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.
Minimum experience: At least 1 year of related HR experience.
Administer and ensure compliance with FMLA, EEOC, ADA, and other applicable laws.
Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS.
Provide employee counseling on work‑related and personal matters as needed.
Handle routine HR inquiries and manage them through completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and process guidance, escalating to COEs when appropriate.
Conduct investigations as needed.
Identify issues related to product, process, or quality systems.
Recommend solutions through established channels and verify implementation.
Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing, coordinating background checks, and contributing to hiring decisions.
Conduct HR transactions such as orientation, leaves of absence, and exit meetings.
Maintain a positive departmental image with all employees.
Support and implement positive employee relations programs.
Coordinate plant welfare activities such as events, outings, and celebrations.
Serve as a technical adviser to employee involvement teams.
Maintain strong relationships within the community.
Conduct the annual wage and benefit survey, analyze results, and submit recommendations.
Collect, analyze, and prepare HR scorecards, dashboards, and visual reports.
Perform root‑cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.
Assist with developing and delivering training programs.
Continue building HR expertise through seminars, courses, and professional development opportunities.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in HR service delivery.
Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures, workflows, and reports.
Support departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
Support Affirmative Action requirements.
Develop and implement special projects to enhance the work environment.
Hold the authority and responsibility to stop the production line if a safety or quality issue arises.
Perform all other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
