You’ll build out Bobyard’s core HR operations as we scale, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
Scale-up experience in HR or People Ops
Experience running payroll, benefits, and HR systems
Familiarity with U.S. employment law and compliance
Experience coordinating with legal and external vendors
