Scala Teams is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage and execute a wide range of HR and operational functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both technical and non-technical recruitment and support core HR activities, including employee engagement, policy implementation, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
- Coordinate HR operations such as attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and team-building events.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on technical recruitment and operations.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS platforms, and other digital HR tools.
- Experience in a tech/startup environment.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
