Your main role will be to support recruitment activities and also support overall activities of the HR team in Japan.
This position will be a very important role in coordinating with people both internal and external of the company to ensure the smooth execution of HR tasks and optimize operations.
・Arrange interviews with internal stakeholders, applicants, recruitment agencies, etc. and support TA(Talent Acquisition) team.
・ You will research the recruitment market and market situation according to the instructions of the TA, and create materials that will be useful for recruitment.
・ Follow the TA's instructions to enter data into internal management tables, organize data, analyze data, etc. during recruitment activities.
・You will be responsible for entering payment reservations into the company's system and processing invoices for various payments incurred during recruitment activities (recruitment fees, job fair participation fees, job board usage fees, etc.) and HR team activities.
・In addition to recruitment related works, you will also provide administrative support to the HR team members, such as preparing presentation materials, sending out training information emails to employees and booking venues.
・3 or more years of work experience and work experience using English are required.
・Over 2 years of work experience in coordinating with stakeholders, both internal and external
・Proficiency in data entry in systems and document creation
・Business level of English (both speaking and writing)
・Able to work in a team in good collaboration and deal with customers
・Able to think for oneself and communicate to others
・Ability to take ownership and drive things forward
・Has competency and interest on data analysis and other works dealing with numbers
・Ability to work with accuracy according to rules and flow
・Sensibility to handle confidential matters with care
