What you will do:
The HR Generalist for the Monterrey Business Center will support all corporate employees on HR related matters under the direction of the HR Manager LATAM. Located in Monterrey, Mexico, this role serves as a support team member for the extended HR Team and other Business Organizations.
How you will do it:
- Be the HR point of contact for 350+ corporate employees for any HR related topics.
- Manage different HR processes such as payroll, on boarding, training, employee support, site management and others
- Create relationships with different stakeholders to provide on time solutions.
- Create close relationships with the extended HR Team ( Payroll, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) and work together to improve employee experience.
- Establish and drive customer satisfaction metrics to assure a high-level of service is provided
- Manage site vendors alignment of policies and monitoring of exception requests.
- Run different metrics and reports for different stakeholders
- Support on site and company events
- Support Internship Programs.
- Guide and assist global managers and employees
- Perform data analytics and reporting to guide decision-making.
What we look for:
- Minimum bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2+ years of customer and/or similar experience
- Ability to be comfortable with high-volume, fast paced workload.
- Strong communications and influencing skills.
- Strong English Langauge
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and implement creative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
