The HR Generalist is responsible for the delivery of fay-to-day HR support in coordination with HR Business Partnering tea. The overall objective of this role is to provide broad ranges of HR services to business.
- Responsible for seamless end-to-end delivery of HR solutions and processes across employee life cycle
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR sub-functions on HR priorities at site level
- Build capabilities to drive organizational performance and act as change agent, identifying continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
- Lead special projects with consistent communication to all stakeholders
- Ensure accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs
- Ensure on time and accurate employee changes through Manager Actions on Oracle/People Portal
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources
- Post Graduate degree with specialization in HR preferred
- Understanding of local labour laws
- Exceptional communication skills with high degree of confidentiality
- Strong planning, organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
