Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent HR Generalist to join our team. This role involves assisting management and various departments with labour law concerns, employee management, and conducting employee discussions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist management, HR colleagues and departments with labor law issues, employee management, and staff meetings.
- Prepare and process labor law procedures, including employment contracts, certification management.
- Manage personnel administration, including maintaining personnel records, managing onboarding and offboarding, tracking vacation entitlements, company pension schemes, benefits, and preparing monthly payroll input.
- Serve as the primary contact for health insurance companies, insurers, and authorities.
- Oversee administration and data maintenance with the personnel software, Workday.
- Handle correspondence with external entities such as social security institutions, tax offices, and employment agencies.
- Generate comprehensive HR reports and analyze relevant data to aid management in decision-making.
- Participate in HR-related projects and process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR personnel administration.
- Experience in other areas of HR would be an important asset.
- Experience with personnel management and payroll software nice to have.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- A high level of initiative.
