Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations including but not limited to benefits, leave, compensation, internal processes and documentation, immigration
• Manage the HRIS system, including reporting, personnel changes, creating policies
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Assist managers with a variety of tasks like performance review cycles, personnel issues, coaching
• Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
• Required knowledge of ADP Workforce Now 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Empathy and interpersonal skills
• Service-minded and problem solver
• Reports to the Director, HR - US
