We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist in SINGAPORE to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions to deliver exceptional HR services.
What You'll Do
- Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a generalist HR role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
