We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee documentation, and grievance handling.
The candidate will work closely with employees, candidates, managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate the selection process.
- Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Manage the complete employee onboarding process.
- Collect and verify joining documents and KYC details.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate induction and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely completion of employment documentation.
- Coordinate employee enrolment in PF, ESIC, NATS, insurance, and other applicable benefits.
- Ensure new employee data is accurately updated in HRMS/payroll systems.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the payroll team/vendor.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and employee inputs before payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate employee master data.
- Coordinate salary-related queries and resolve employee payroll issues.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and statutory deductions.
- Assist with statutory HR compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, NATS, and other applicable regulations.
- Support PF and ESIC employee enrolment and related documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and employee compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for statutory filings and compliance requirements.
- Ensure employee records are updated accurately and on time.
- Manage employee exit and separation formalities.
- Conduct/coordinate exit interviews.
- Ensure completion of clearance and handover processes.
- Coordinate full and final settlement inputs with the concerned teams.
- Process relieving and experience letters.
- Update HRMS and employee records following separation.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee HR queries.
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Escalate sensitive or complex issues to the HR Manager/HR Head.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
- Maintain records related to recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, exits, and compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or any other relevant technical or professional discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- 70% throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation/PG
- Hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination, PF, ESIC, and NATS.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.
