Relevant work experience of 3-5+ years in HR, with 2+ years Generalist positions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly proficient in using digital tools (MS-Office), Digital HR systems and good exposure to Analytics.
20-30% travel (domestic)
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Help organize employee events, engagement activities, and culture-building programs.
Maintain employee records, HR data, and prepare basic HR reports.
Support performance management, surveys, and other HR programs.
Communicate HR policies and assist employees with HR-related processes.
Coordinate HR projects and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
MBA
