Your impact:
- Drive improvements in internal HR processes by identifying gaps and proposing actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT, Employee Experience) to ensure seamless onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Take ownership of the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead and continuously improve peer and performance review cycles to support a culture of growth and feedback.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to identify development opportunities, address concerns, and ensure engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities, conduct culture interviews, and ensure alignment between team needs and hiring decisions.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or growing organizations.
- Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage.
- Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across all levels.
- Confident in partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver effective hiring outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback.
- Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian and at least an intermediate level of English.
