You will: 

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into HR initiatives. 

• Monitor and use HR data to support business decisions. 

• Support headcount and succession planning. 

• Strengthen managerial capability through coaching and guidance. 

• Identify capability gaps and partner with managers and L&D to address them. 

• Support managers on talent assessment and development planning - performance reviews etc. 

• Promote a culture of feedback, accountability, and inclusion. 

• Guide leaders through policy interpretation and risk mitigation. 

• Contribute to policy development and improvement. 

We’ll have a match if you: 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 

• 3–7+ years of HR experience, including experience as HRBP or HR Generalist. 

• Strong understanding of labor legislation. 

• Experience supporting managers in performance and talent management. 

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
