Key Responsibilities

  • Administration, clerical support and orientation for new hires.
  • Assist and work with staffing firms to fill temp-to-hire positions and direct hire positions.
  • Maintain departmental records.
  • Assist with benefit enrollments and changes for new and current employees. 
  • Assist with FMLA, leaves of absence paperwork and administration.
  • Implementation and coordination of employee events such as annual business meeting, employee lunches, culture building initiatives, contests, etc.

Requirements
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with attention to detail
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role
  • HR Certification preferred (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in Paycom HR and Payroll system beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Concur and general PC knowledge

Skills Required

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in HR or similar role
  • HR Certification (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in Paycom HR and Payroll system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Concur
