Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or specialist capacity.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
- Exposure to regional HR practices and experience supporting regional HR initiatives would be an advantage.
- Experience working within a multinational, matrix, or international business environment is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday.
- Sound knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
