What you’ll do:

The HR/Front Desk Administrative Assistant provides assistance to any Visitors that arrive to Canyon State, answer the phone calls that come in and assist the HR team with any administrative duties needed. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for any administrative assistance required by management and/or program staff and ensures all administrative office procedures are in compliance with ROP established professional standards.

To be considered, you should:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in HR a plus.
  • Have at least three years of experience working in an office environment.
  • Have experience and success in office management.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
